Profile

An electronics workshop at school sparked Silmi’s interest in electrical engineering. Her curiosity led her to Germany where she studied electrical engineering and information technology. She earned a master’s degree from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). While in Europe, Silmi involved herself in various projects and collaborated with different groups. Silmi spent some time studying and doing research under the Erasmus+ program at the University of Naples Federico II as well as University of Rome Tor Vergata in Italy and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. She is a research enthusiast and her concerns include, but are not limited to, micro-/nanoelectronics and novel technologies.
