ABOUT THE LABORATORY

This lab is dedicated to interdisciplinary scientific research and not only conducts research activities in universities but also actively promotes collaborative research with other companies and universities and research institutes.

EQUIPMENT USABILITY

  • High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a chromatographic technique used to split a mixture of compounds in the fields of analytical chemistry, biochemistry and industrial. The main purposes for using HPLC are for identifying, quantifying and purifying the individual components of the mixture.
  • Texture AnalyzerTexture Analyzer is used to measure properties of food such as hardness, brittleness, readability, adhesiveness, tensile strength, and extensibility.
