Harum Fadhilatunnur, M.Sc. is a faculty member in the department of Food Business Technology, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia. Her research and interest are in food analysis and food processing technology, especially in the field of dairy science and technology. In 2012, she studied the effect of organic and conventional fertilization system on the dietary fiber content of waterleaf during rainy season funded by Directorate General of Higher Education. She focused more on dairy field, especially on milk fat, during her master study where she conducted research on membrane separation and characterization of different size milk fat globules as well as the effect of processing conditions on the physical and functional properties of recombined creams. Part of her works have been published and presented in international academic journal and conference.
