Dwining Putri Elfriede, M.P is a researcher and faculty member in the department of Food Business Technology, Prasetiya Mulya University,Indonesia. Furthermore, she is one of Fasilitator UMKM in BBPOM Jakarta. She has 1 year experience in Food Retail and 3,5 years in Food Industry. She is interested in Food Safety and New Food Product Development. She is familiar with ISO 17025, FSSC 22000, Enterprise Risk Management, Halal, HACCP, GMP, CPPOB.
