Cylobox, which comes from the phrase “Cylinder Over A Box”, is a packaging concept that uses rectangular pressed cardboard as an inner packaging of the toy car and it will be inserted into a cylinder tube made by the same material as outer packaging. Interestingly, to replace the role of a bubble wrap, we use sawdust (serbuk kayu) to fill the gap between the inner and the outer packaging. Apart from that concept, we use a rounded edges concept to increase the safe value of the packaging assuming the consumer of a toy car is filled with a majority of children.
