Profile

Dr. Riyan Anggriawan is currently a faculty member of Food Business Technology at Prasetiya Mulya University, Indonesia. He obtained his PhD in the field of Agricultural Sciences from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen Germany in 2018. He has done several training and research internships in world-class research institutions (such as MPI of Biophysical Chemistry, Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, Kyushu University Japan, Algal Bioresources Research Center Kasetsart University Thailand). His teaching mostly related to food science and technology. His research interests are focused on food safety, seaweeds biotechnology, molecular and food microbiology. He works also in the area of molecular docking and networking, and DFT (density functional theory) of natural products.
