ABOUT THE LABORATORY

This lab is used to study the mechanical properties of materials, either by conventional (destructive) means through tensile tests, compressive tests, and shear tests using Universal Testing Machine (UTM) equipment, as well as through nondestructive tests using ultrasonic waves

  • Ultrasonic Pulser-ReceiverTesting machines or equipment that function to test the strength of the material through the emission of sound waves
