Fransisca Wijaya, MP. is a Faculty Member in the Department of Food Business Technology, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. She has 5 year experience in Food Industry in Product Development and Regulatory, especially for seasoning, pasta sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, and syrup. She is interested in New Food Product Development especially from local ingredients. She is familiar with Sensory Test, HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000 : 2005, Food Regulation, Supplier Audit, Product Registration and Food Formulation.
